Appeals are being made to the public to help locate a Raymond Terrace man wanted for an outstanding warrant. 31-year-old Shannon Paul Johnson is known to frequent the Port Stephens, Newcastle, Goulburn and Central Coast areas, but police believe he may also have recently been in Queensland.
